We have a problem with a certain individual named =HSE=WHALES ARE FISH Now known as =HSE=SMOKE . This individual is trouble and is not welcome in HSE. He was not recruited and should never be recruited. I know this person's track record and have had to dismiss him from HSE before. He just put on the HSE tags without asking.
